Test post 4
Yes, really.
Solicitor of England and Wales
I advise founders, entrepreneurs and established businesses on commercial, employment, corporate and property matters. Practical advice, agreed fees and direct access to an experienced solicitor, without the overheads of a traditional firm.
Four areas of commercial practice. Within each, plain-English guidance and the documents businesses most often need.
Everyday commercial contracts. The agreements that govern how you trade, supply and protect your work.
Share sales, investment, shareholder arrangements and the structure of how a company is owned and run.
Leases, assignments and the property side of running and growing a business.
Contracts, policies and the documents you need to take on, manage and part with staff.
Three steps, and you know the price before any work begins.
Send me an email describing your matter. I reply within one working day to arrange a call so I can understand what you are trying to achieve and where the pressure points are. No charge for this, and no obligation to go further.
Once I understand the work, I set out the scope in writing and quote a single fixed fee for it. You see exactly what is included before you commit. If the matter changes, we agree any change to the fee first, so the number never moves without your say-so.
When you approve the scope and fee, I start. You deal with me throughout, not a team you never meet, and you always know what you are paying. Most matters move faster this way, because everything is agreed up front.
Yes, really.

I'm a freelance solicitor of England and Wales, regulated by the SRA. With more than 25 years in commercial law, and qualified since 2008, I work directly with founders and businesses, without the layers and the overheads of a larger firm. You deal with me from start to finish, and you always know where you stand.
